I had a smoke at Shinbashi Coffee Shop in Shinbashi Ekimae Building No. 2 (Shiodome Exit). Like Doutor Coffee, it is a self-service type where you order at the counter.
There is a smoking booth on the second floor. (As of August 2024)
Note that more and more stores are becoming non-smoking, so please check for yourself as this may not be the latest information.
