豊橋市の朝のお馴染み、喫茶店のモーニングサービスのご紹介です。今回は「鈴木珈琲店」さんを訪問しています。またその後「SQUARE WAFFLE(スクエアワッフル)」さんでお茶しています。
「鈴木珈琲店」さんは豊橋を代表するレトロ喫茶店です。モーニングの時間帯はドリンクの代金のみで、厚切りバタートースト(ハーフ)とフルーツジュースがついてきます。店内にはクラシック音楽が流れ、アンティークの置物が飾られています。黒と紫を基調としたインテリアは、ゆったりと寛げる空間を演出しています。
特筆すべきはそのカップ＆ソーサーのコレクション。カウンターいっぱいに飾られており、圧倒されます。お客さんのイメージに合わせてセレクトしたカップ＆ソーサーで提供するサービスを行っており、こちらの喫茶店を訪れる楽しみの一つとなっています。
コーヒーは通常の倍の豆を使用。濃厚かつ深い味わいです。

「SQUARE WAFFLE」さんは「鈴木珈琲店」さんプロデュースのコーヒーとワッフルのお店です。そのため、こちらで提供されるコーヒーやフルーツジュースなどは、「鈴木珈琲店」さん監修のこだわりの一杯です。
またテイクアウトで食べやすいように、バーが付いたワッフル、「スクエアワッフルバー」もオススメです。国産のブランド粉を使用し、モチモチ食感で甘さ控えめ、見た目はとてもかわいらしいです。
こちらはテイクアウト専門店ですが、お店の前にテラス席が設置されており、飲食することができます。ペットと一緒にティーブレイクをお楽しみいただけます。
