There is a theory that the origin of “Morning” is here in Toyohashi-City. I am not sure, if it is true or not, but Toyohashi’s “Morning” is so fulfilling that the theory can be true.
The standard style is to serve a boiled egg and toast with a drink such as coffee or tea. Toyohashi’s “Morning” is not only that, but also the original dishes of each shop are offered. One of the ways to enjoy the morning in Toyohashi is to look for your favorite shops and make a “Morning” tour.
